The portion of the property in question is part of the larger industrial complex described below:
Industrial property located in the immediate vicinity of the fast-flowing road in the Flaminia Variant (ex. SSn°3), 2 km away from the Colle-Gaifana junction.
The building was constructed in various stages starting from 1982 until the latest expansion in 2002.
The construction system consists of cast-in-place concrete for the elevation part, while the roof was made with shed-type concrete roof tiles.
The infill walls are made of block masonry in cast-in-place concrete, with metal and polycarbonate fixtures above, some of which are sliding; there is an industrial type flooring in all areas except for the Offices which were made of marble.

The roof is made of precast prestressed concrete elements type HPV resting on -Saddles- in cast-in-place concrete by hinge connection.
Sub 7 represents the caretaker's/porter's house which will be co-owned with the remaining portions of the industrial property.
