Industrial property located in the immediate vicinity of the fast road in the Flaminia Variant (ex .SSn°3), 2 km away from the Colle-Gaifana junction.
The building was constructed in various stages starting from 1982 until the last expansion in 2002.
The construction system is in reinforced concrete for the elevation part, while the roof was made with shed-type concrete tiles.
