The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale solely as assets "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any responsibility of the Bankruptcy for the hypothesis of their use by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at his exclusive care, burden and risk, to their compliance or, in case it is not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
