INVITES

All interested parties to present expressions of interest for the rental of the business complex, in a single lot, and / or for running the business through a rental contract of a company operating in the production and trade of wooden frames destined partly to construction companies, partly to private individuals. The company for which it intends to collect expressions of interest aimed at the rental of the company and the future purchase is made up exclusively of the activities subsequently indicated.

NATURE OF THE PROPOSAL

This announcement constitutes an invitation to express interest and I do not invite you to offer, nor an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Civil Code, nor a solicitation of public savings pursuant to art. 94 and following of Legislative Decree 24/02/1998 n. 58.

SUBJECT OF THE NOTICE

Dr. Carlo Cardini, as Official Receiver of the bankruptcy EFFEDI DI FABBRONI DONATELLO E C. SNC intends to rent, by means of a public evidence procedure pursuant to art. 107 l.fall, subject to authorization by the bodies of the procedure and in any case as per the liquidation program by depositing, the company owned by the bankrupt company composed of the industrial building located in via botriolo n. 75 in the municipality of Castelfranco Piandiscò (AR), with a gross surface area of approximately 2,000 square meters developed in several buildings and furniture, including furniture, machinery and equipment, as described in the attached list.

The company rental contract must include a separate fee for the real estate part of the company, ie the industrial warehouse (currently subject to a real estate enforcement procedure) and for the movable and immaterial part of the company.

The debts / credits of the bankrupt company, equity investments, liquid assets and stock will not form part of the subsequent sale.

Estimated amount: € 18,000.00 (excluding VAT) for the real estate part and € 18,000.00 (annual VAT) excluded for the company's movable components. "
