We collect offers for "Compressors" company branch of a company specialized in production and sale of components compressors, based in Porto Recanati (MC), as well as for an industrial factory based also in Porto Recanati.

The gathering will be done using the following modes:
All bidders, except the subjects by law not allowed to take part in the gathering, after having joined the site www.gobid.it, will fill in the offer form (published online) and send it undersigned for acceptance of the conditions proposed, at the following address gobid@pec.it in conjunction with the documents required.
It is specified that, according to the provisions of Art. 571 of the Italian Civil Code, for LOT B bids lower than base auction price will be considered valid, provided that no more than 25% of base auction price.
For participation further modalities consult specific conditions and notice
It is also noted that a specific Data Room is available for consultation of further documentation on goods object of sale, which will be accessible once attached Privacy Agreement is signed and sent at e-mail PEC address gobid@pec.it.
