The lands are registered in the Land Registry of the Municipality of Lucera on Sheet 78:
Parcels 62 - 64 - 89 - 92 - 93 - 141 - 159 - 161 - 169 - 876
Building under construction consisting of a reinforced concrete structure with only columns and beams, in addition to the ceilings.
Raised to three floors above ground, the roof is currently flat.
The structure covers an area of about 1,400 sqm per floor for a total of 4,200 sqm.
At the moment, it is not possible to quantify the commercial areas and the intended uses.
The land surrounding the building is partly cultivable (p.lle 64, 89, 141); partly certainly to be allocated for the use of the building (p.lla 92, 169); partly constitutes an internal road leading to via Porta Foggia (p.lla 93); the p.lle 159, 161, are part of the internal road adjacent to the building.
The lands fall within the area:
- The parcels 62, 89, 141, 159, 161, 169, 876 - Fall within the area of multifunctional peri-urban context for direct implementation, The PUG/P confirms the ongoing settlement trends, allocating the multifunctional context to mixed residential, tertiary, commercial, and productive settlements. In the CPM.ad, completion and new construction interventions with residential, tertiary, commercial, and productive destinations are allowed through a paid building permit.
- The parcels 92, 64 - fall within the area of redevelopment for indirect implementation
It should be noted that the deadline for the completion of construction work was set for 07/01/2003. Failure to comply with the work closure results in the resubmission of the concession request.
