Complex company operating in the trade sector both wholesale and retail of food and non-food products, falling within the GDO sector (Organized Large-Scale Distribution)

The business branch consisting of the complex of assets organized for the exercise of retail trade of food and non-food products, carried out in the sales points of:

1) sales point in Capo D'Orlando (Me);
2) sales point in Patti (Me);

The lease contract has a duration of three years from the delivery date of the last delivered sales point, as of today this date is indicated in February 2025.
