With this notice, Commercial GICAP Spa in approved preventive agreement intends to carry out a market survey, through an expression of interest aimed at identifying economic operators to invite to the competitive tender for:
LEASE OF BUSINESS BRANCH
consisting of the set of assets organized for the exercise of retail trade in food and non-food products, carried out in the 38 stores (Sicily and Calabria) owned or leased to it by third parties:The base auction amount for the rent is set at an annual fee equal to 2% of sales net of VAT and in any case with the payment of a "guaranteed minimum" amounting to euro 1,950,000.00.
Duration of the contract and contractual type: two years starting from February 2025.
