Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those concerning prevention, safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection, and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs with the seller being exempt from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as sold solely as "scrap", with the Curatorship being exempt from any liability for their use by the buyer. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the buyer is obliged to bring them into compliance at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
