The shelves and baskets present in lot no. 1 can only be collected after the material on them, belonging to lot no. 5, has been sold and collected

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those concerning prevention, safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs, exempting the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as sold solely as "scrap", excluding any liability of the Trustee for their use by the buyer. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the buyer is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
