For sale machinery and equipment for the production of various types of clothing, such as sewing machines, ironing machines, and washing/drying machines, as well as warehouse stocks totaling over 170,000 items

The shelves and baskets in lot no. 1 can only be collected after the material above them, belonging to lot no. 5, has been sold and collected 

It is also possible to make offers on the Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all the lots in the auction.

The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects for sale only as goods "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any responsibility of the Bankruptcy for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at his own exclusive care, burden, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, in case it is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
