Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular those concerning prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale only as goods "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any responsibility of the Bankruptcy for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not complying with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at his/her exclusive care, burden and risk, to their compliance or, in case it is not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
