At the auction deadline, for highest bids not reaching reserve price, awarding will be subject to Bankruptcy Bodies approval.
Reserve price is indicated on the lot webpage. Lower will be the difference between the bid and the reserve price, higher will be the chance for awarding. Offers reaching the reserve price will determine the provisional lot awarding.

Possible adaptations of the goods to all the regulations in force and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - the regulations in force will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser who will bear any expense with exemption from from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods that do not comply with the regulations currently in force on the subject, where included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale only as goods "to be scrapped", with the exclusion of any responsibility of the Curate for the hypothesis of use of the same by the transferee. In particular, any goods that do not comply with safety regulations, as they do not have the CE mark, will be sold with the exclusive remedial purpose, i.e. to firms and / or companies authorized to repair them for compliance, with a view to future use, once restored and brought up to standard ".
In this regard, it will therefore be necessary to ask those who register for the auction for the purchase of goods without the CE mark to carry out this type of activity by producing a certificate of incorporation or Chamber of Commerce certificate because the activity must be explicit in the corporate purpose.
