At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the authorities of the procedure.
The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly lower than the reserve price will have less chance of being considered for a possible award. The lower the difference between the submitted offer and the reserve price, the higher the possibility of award.
Offers equal to or above the reserve price will determine the provisional award of the lot
The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.
The withdrawal operations must be carried out in compliance with the safety regulations established by law, under the responsibility of the buyer/awardee, who must ensure this, also in relation to any third parties and/or collaborators involved in the aforementioned operations.
The withdrawal operations can be carried out upon presentation by the awardee, and/or their collaborators with a special delegation, of the documentation required by law.
Buyers/awardees of movable goods, before the withdrawal operations begin, must obtain a P.O.S. (Operational Safety Plan) and any additional documents and/or technical-practical measures necessary in compliance with workplace safety legislation, before the withdrawal operations are initiated.
