For sale are machinery and equipment for the production of cosmetics and galenics, such as rotary fillers, rotary bottlers, a 33,000-liter tank for flammable materials, as well as an industrial air conditioner, linear labelers, and a 10x4 m tent structure.

Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as "scrap" for the purposes of the sale, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for the use of the same by the buyer. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
