Bankruptcy 741/2019 - Milan Law Court 

NOTICE

The trustee of the Bankruptcy SINT S.p.A. invites you to make offers at an informal agara to be held at his studio in Milan, via dell'Annunciata 21, on August 2, 2021, at 9:30 am, for the purchase of:

 

- Lot n. 1: machinery and equipment at the base price of € 47,790.00 (plus VAT if due)

- Lot n. 2: furnishings at the base price of € 21,345.00 (plus VAT if due)

- Lot n. 3: vehicle at the base price of € 3,000.00 (plus VAT if due)

- Lot n. 4: works of art at the base price of € 4,000.00 (plus VAT if due)

- Lot n. 5: shelves at the basic price of € 400.00 (plus VAT if due)

- Lot n. 6: bridge crane at the basic price of € 4,000.00 (plus VAT if due)

all as best described in the report and attached photos.

 

Participants must send to the Curator's office in Milan, via dell'Annunciata n. 21, by 30 July 2021, at 12.00, offer for each distinct lot of interest - to be sent also by certified email to the address f741.2019milano@pecfallimenti.it - ​​signed personally or by the legal representative, if it is a company , and accompanied by an identity document and certificate of incorporation, in the case of a company; the offers must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 10% of the price offered (which must be equal to or higher than the base price indicated above for each separate lot subject to the offer) by bank draft made out to "Bankruptcy SINT S.p.A.".

Any offers received will be submitted to a competitive procedure on 2 August 2021, at 9:30 am, according to the following sales methods:

if on the day fixed for the tender there are more offers (which have given a valid deposit), the tender will be carried out, for each distinct lot, starting from the highest bid received, with raises of € 1,000.00 for lots 1 and 2, of € 500.00 for lots nos. 3,4 and 6 and € 100.00 for lot no. 5, and will win each lot to the highest bidder;

if there is only one bid on the day fixed for the tender, each lot will be awarded to the only bidder

then the trustee will present a request to the delegated judge describing the outcome of the procedure described above and requesting specific authorization to sell to the successful bidder and at the price as identified above;

Once the authorization has been obtained, the trustee will invite the successful bidder to pay in advance (by bank transfer to the account of the procedure) or by payment (by bank draft made out to the procedure) to collect the goods at the address indicated on the document of the goods lot, within 10 days from the communication of the authorization of the delegated judge;

the amount of 10% as a deposit will be retained in the price account in the event of an award, retained in the event of non-payment of the residual price and returned in the event of an award to another party.
