Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the transferor from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered solely as items for sale to be used as spare parts, with the exclusion of any liability of the Procedure Bodies for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their exclusive care, burden, and risk, to their compliance or, in case it is not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
