The disposal of any plastic and non-plastic material contained in the silos at the various sites will be carried out at the care and expense of the procedure following the definitive award. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations will be considered as part of the sale only as spare parts, excluding any liability of the Procedure Authorities for the use of the same by the buyer. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
