The withdrawal operations must be carried out in compliance with the safety regulations provided by law, under the responsibility of the buyer/awardee, who must ensure this, also in reference to any third parties and/or collaborators employed in the aforementioned operations.
The withdrawal operations can be carried out upon production by the awardee, and/or their collaborators with a special delegation, of the documentation required by law.
The buyers/awardees of the movable goods, before the withdrawal operations begin, must equip themselves with a P.O.S. (Operational Safety Plan) and any further technical-practical documents and/or precautions necessary in compliance with the legislation on workplace safety, before the withdrawal operations are started.

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to the current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expense with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as "scrap" goods, with exclusion of any liability of the Curatorship for the hypothesis of use of the same by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the awardee is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to their compliance or, in the event that this is not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
