The collection operations must be carried out in compliance with the safety regulations established by law, under the responsibility of the buyer/awardee, who must ensure this, also in relation to any third parties and/or collaborators involved in the aforementioned operations.

Collection operations can be carried out upon presentation by the awardee, and/or their collaborators with a special delegation, of the documentation required by law.

Buyers/awardees of movable goods, before starting the collection operations, must obtain a P.O.S. (Operational Safety Plan) and any additional documents and/or technical-practical measures necessary in compliance with the legislation on workplace safety, before the collection operations are initiated.

Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, particularly those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection, and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard.
