AUCTION ON LOT 14 AND ON COMBINATION 2 BASED ON RECEIVED OFFERS
For sale machinery, equipment for the mechanical industry such as Mazak machining center, grinders, and transmission test bench
It is noted that the goods for sale are subject to lease. The lease contract will be terminated following the award.

The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.
The collection operations must be carried out in compliance with the safety regulations laid down by law, under the responsibility of the buyer/winner, who must provide for this, also with reference to any third parties and/or collaborators employed in the aforementioned operations.
The collection operations can be carried out upon production by the winner, and/or his collaborators provided with a special delegation, of the documentation required by law.
The buyers/winners of the movable property, before the collection operations begin, must equip themselves with a P.O.S. (Safety Operational Plan) and any additional documents and/or technical-practical precautions necessary in compliance with the legislation on workplace safety, before the collection operations begin.
The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.
Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the currently applicable regulations, including those in the inventory, will be considered solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the exclusion of any responsibility of the Trusteeship for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the winner is obliged to proceed, at his exclusive care, burden, and risk, to their compliance or, in case it is not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
