The procedure is not registered with the VIES. VAT will therefore be due also for intra-community buyers.
The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. Viewing is recommended.
The successful bidder is obliged to remove the liveries present on the vehicles awarded and the equipment therein before their use; the collection of the lots concerning the aforementioned vehicles will be subject to the condition of the signing of a specific release declaration with which the successful bidder assumes the obligation to remove the liveries present on the awarded goods before their use and in any case within 10 days from collection, with consequent indemnity of the Municipality and/or Gobid International Auction Group s.r.l. from any related liability.
The successful bidder will be required to provide adequate documentation, including photographic, certifying the removal of the liveries and related equipment.
