Integrated photovoltaic system, with a nominal power of 94,705 kW, created with a system totally integrated into the roof using monocrystalline photovoltaic panels FATH SOLAR mod. FS 235BM S2 235w each.
- Number of panels: 403
- Total surface area of the modules: 683.74 m2
- Gross coverage area: 717.93 m2
The system is built to cover a property owned by third parties under a registered rental contract, expiring on 06/30/2029 unless extended, and the related annual rent of €4,000.00, plus VAT. The contract provides for the dismantling of the plant at the end of the validity of the contract itself.
The award is conditional on the successful tenderer taking over the aforementioned rental contract.
The photovoltaic system is stacked on sheet 24, p.ed. 1181, sub 2 (technical room), 3 (second technical room) and 4 (roof), in the C.C. Dobbiaco, owned by third parties.

The system is regulated by a SPUTNIK ENGINEERING AG Solar Max 80 TS inverter, for a dimensional issue the roof has a series of additional, unconnected photovoltaic panels, which allow complete coverage of the roof pitch.
An agreement has been stipulated on the plant with the GSE with an incentive tariff of 0.4220 Euro/kwh.
All credits accrued towards the GSE for the electricity produced by the photovoltaic system pursuant to the GSE agreements up to and including the year 2023, including annual adjustments, will remain definitively acquired among the assets of the procedure; the credits accrued starting from 01/01/2024 will be returned to the buyer of the photovoltaic system (or deducted from the award price), once the process for transferring ownership of the system has been completed.
