    Descrizione (IT) Impianto fotovoltaico integrato, di potenza nominale pari a 94,705 kW, realizzato con sistema totalmente integrato nella copertura utilizzando pannelli fotovoltaici monocristallini FATH SOLAR mod. FS 235BM S2 da 235w cad.       - Numero pannelli: 403   - Superficie totale dei moduli: 683,74 MQ   - Superficie lorda della copertura: 717,93 MQ     L’impianto è realizzato a copertura di un immobile di proprietà di terzi in forza di un contratto di affitto registrato, con termine al 30/06/2029 salvo proroga, e relativo canone annuo di affitto pari ad € 4.000,00, oltre iva. Il contratto prevede lo smantellamento dell’impianto al termine della validità del contratto stesso.     L’aggiudicazione è condizionata al subentro dell’aggiudicatario nel contratto di affitto suindicato.     L'impianto fotovoltaico è accatastato al foglio 24, p.ed. 1181, sub 2 (locale tecnico), 3 (secondo locale tecnico) e 4 (tetto), nel C.C. Dobbiaco, di proprietà di terzi.     Il sistema è regolato da un inverter SPUTNIK ENGINEERING AG Solar Max 80 TS, per una questione dimensionale il tetto ha una serie di pannelli fotovoltaici in più, non collegati, che consentono la completa copertura della falda di copertura.     Sull’impianto è stata stipulata una convenzione con il GSE con tariffa incentivante di 0,4220 Euro/kwh.     Tutti i crediti maturati nei confronti del GSE per l’energia elettrica prodotta dall’impianto fotovoltaico in forza delle convenzioni GSE fino all’anno 2023 compreso, inclusi i conguagli annuali, resteranno definitivamente acquisiti all’attivo della procedura; i crediti maturati a partire dall’01/01/2024 verranno retrocessi all’acquirente dell’impianto fotovoltaico (o scalati dal prezzo di aggiudicazione), una volta completato l’iter per il trasferimento della titolarità dell’impianto.     Per ulteriori informazioni consultare la documentazione in allegato
