For sale equipment and vehicles for the distribution of fruit and vegetable products such as IVECO trucks, forklifts, refrigerated units, as well as office furniture

all items for sale will be available starting from 07/03/2025, as until that date they are subject to a business lease contract

Bids can also be placed on the Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all lots in the auction.

The collection operations must be carried out in compliance with the safety regulations established by law, under the responsibility of the buyer/winner, who must ensure this, also with regard to any third parties and/or collaborators involved in the aforementioned operations.

The collection operations can be carried out upon presentation by the winner, and/or their collaborators with a special mandate, of the documentation required by law.

the buyers/winners of the movable assets, before the collection operations begin, must have a Safety Operational Plan (SOP) and any additional documents and/or technical-practical measures necessary in compliance with the legislation on workplace safety, before the collection operations commence.

The lots are sold as seen. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular those related to prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not compliant with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered solely as items to be used as spare parts, with the exclusion of any responsibility of the Trustee for the hypothesis of their use by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the winner is obliged to proceed, at their exclusive care, burden, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, in case it is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
