To participate in the auction, the user is required to send a scanned accounting copy of the deposit payment with the CRO code to: info@gobid.it, along with a copy of a valid identity document in the name of the individual or legal representative of the company participating in the online auction and chamber of commerce registration in case of a company.

The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the currently applicable regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered solely as goods to be used as spare parts, with the exclusion of any responsibility of the Trusteeship for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee.
