All assets part of Combination no. 1 are to be considered out of use and therefore can only be transferred to a recipient registered in the Waste Managers Register authorized to handle material code CER 16 02 14

It is possible to make offers also on the Complete Lot (Lot 0) which includes all lots in auction.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular to those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expense with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as "to be scrapped" goods, with exclusion of any liability of the Curatorship for the hypothesis of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
