On sale company specializing in the tannery sector including machinery and equipment for leather processing as well as office furniture and equipment


there is currently a company lease contract and that it will be dissolved within 120 days of the award

In accordance with Art.105, second paragraph Bankruptcy Law, which recalls Art. 2556 Civil Code, sale will be finalized by a notarial deed on buyer's expense.

Sale is subject to registration tax.

Lots are sold as is. Viewing is reccomended.

In the eventuality of removal of movable goods being part of company transfer collection assistance costs are required. Due amounts for the available day of collection are indicated in each lot webpage. For further collection dates additional costs please refer to specific terms of the auction.
