The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore be due even for intra-community buyers.

Lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.
All costs related to the transfer of ownership will be borne by the buyer.
Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular those concerning prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered solely as items to be used as spare parts, with the exclusion of any responsibility of the Bankruptcy Administration for the hypothesis of their use by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, burden, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
