WHOLESALE OF ALL LOTS 

Sale of a business unit operating in the electricity and telecommunications sector. The sale includes cars and light trucks, heavy transport vehicles, earthmoving machinery, as well as office containers and construction equipment.

For auction participation user has to send an official proof of the security deposit payment with transaction number to the following address: info@gobid.it as well as a copy of a valid Identification document  assigned to the fisical person or the legal representative of the company registered to the auction and certificate of the company constitution (Visura Camerale)

Any registration related to preemption rights, registration of foreclosures and seizes, or any other tie falling on the lots on sale will be cancelled complying to art. 108 Bankruptcy Law (Legge Fallimentare) once the sale will be completed and the price will be fully collected. Any formalities for cancellation will be on buyer's expenses as soon as possible and in any case no later than 60 days from the final award.

Lots are sold as is. Viewing is reccomended and the non-inspection of the goods before submitting the offer can never be opposed to the bodies of the procedure, as a reason for the invalidity of the award.
