At auction author's paintings of contemporary art. Works of art by Mario Schifano, Lucio Fontana, Giosetta Fioroni and other artists such as Emilio Scanavino, Rodolfo Viola, Marco Lodola, Emilio Prini and Walter Trecchi.
The auction includes various types of works, such as paintings, etchings on paper, and installations.
Among the paintings at auction is the work on paper "Concetto Spaziale" signed by Lucio Fontana, the famous artist and founder of the artistic movement known as "spatialism": a special form of art closely connected to the dimensions of time and space. Also at auction is the work on paper "Untitled" signed by Mario Schifano, coming from the homonymous collection in Rome. Mario Schifano has distinguished himself in the contemporary art scene for his continuous experimentation with pictorial languages.
The auction also includes the painting signed by Giosetta Fioroni, titled "Sweet and Lovely". The artist was the protagonist of a recent exhibition held in Milan by the Goffredo Parise Foundation. The exhibition traced the long career of the contemporary artist, whose works are characterized by having encountered, over the years, various expressive forms: painting, performance, ceramics, and film.
Also present in the contemporary art auction is Emilio Scanavino with his signed painting, titled "Articulations". Painter, sculptor, ceramist, and close to the world of architecture, philosophy, and literature. Scanavino stands out for an original artistic language that has contributed to the development of European Informal culture.
For sale are also works signed by artists of the caliber of Emilio Prini and Marco Lodola, as well as the paintings of Rodolfo Viola and Walter Trecchi.
