For sale via auction is the corporate ownership stake of ISAP S.p.A., corresponding to 20% of the ownership.

The company, with two production facilities in Verona and Catania, operates in the food packaging sector, with green lines of recycled plastic containers and cups, particularly for the Ho.Re.Ca (Hotellerie-Restaurant-Café) and Beverage markets.

ISAP, established in 1963, specializes in industrial production and trade, including retail, in Italy and abroad, of tableware, dairy containers, and disposable cups for the food industry. The company is distinguished by the breadth of its product range dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. and Beverage markets, both in terms of different formats and transformed materials. In particular, ISAP is known for its sustainable packaging, achieved through the production of compostable bioplastic and cardboard products.
