OFFERS GATHERING - Building area for sale in Silea (TV), via Cendon n. 20

Area is registered at Land Registry of City of Silea (TV) in Sezione A - Sheet 8 - Parcel 160.

Building area houses a former disused production facility made up of buildings of various types, including the "Mulini Toso", an element of industrial archeology, built in successive phases on a fenced and flat land, which on the whole had poor maintenance conditions.

In 2005 an Integrated Urban and Environmental Rehabilitation Program (PIRUEA) was presented, approved through a Program Agreement on 12/14/2006, for a series of urban regeneration projects aimed at improving the area in general.
Specifically, the PIRUEA provides, through restructuring and new construction, the establishment of residential, commercial, tertiary, craft and accommodation functions, as well as a series of public interventions including a river park, a museum, a school and a set of infrastructural works to better enhance the existing road network and connect with the rest of area.
It is noted that the Municipality has granted the PIRUEA extension for the recovery of the real estate area until 29.03.2025.
