Eventual adjustments of assets to all current regulations and in particular those of prevention, safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and - more generally - to current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any expenses with exemption of the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not complying with the current regulations in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of sale only as assets "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any responsibility of the Trusteeship for the hypothesis of use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any assets not complying with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at his own exclusive care, burden and risk, to their compliance or, in case it is not possible, to their disposal in accordance with the law.
