On 24 October 2023 at 12, before the notary Vincenzo Gunnella, in his office in Florence, via Masaccio n. 187, the sale will take place with an irrevocable offer and possible tender of the goods described below according to the methods set out below:

 

LOT 1:

 

Aesthetic model/design of “Eyeled” lighting fixture: EU design concession n. 003850122-0001 (application n. 003850122-0001) UK design concession n. 9003850122-0001 (application no. 003850122-0001) with registration date 10 April 2017 and deadline 10 April 2027

 

LOT 2:

 

Aesthetic model/design of “Mini-Eyeled” lighting fixture: EU design application/concession no. 008058044-0001 UK drawing granted n. 9008058044-0001 with registration date 30 July 2020 and expiry 30 July 2025

 

LOT 3:

 

“Catenaria” patent, which refers to a lighting fixture equipped with an assembly and support system based on a chain device that allows the lighting fixture to be made in various shapes and sizes. The chain device comprises a plurality of links suitable for being joined or separated and implemented in a simple and rapid manner. Said links can include external protective elements that can be applied to give greater strength to the link and to the chain device when they are assembled to form the lighting fixture:

• Italian patent granted n. 102018000004998 dated 29/05/2020 (basic Italian application n. 102018000004998 dated 2 May 2018);

• European patent granted n. EP3788301B1 of 06/22/2022 (European application n. EP20190728127), nationalized in the following member countries of the European Patent Convention: Italy, France, Germany, Great Britain, Spain;

• USA patent granted n. US11454376 of 09/27/2022 (US application no. US201917051910).
