Dishwasher packaging testing assembly line as follows:

Series of roller shutter conveyors of various lengths, dishwasher overturning equipment, testing area consisting of roller conveyors and two-branch chain transfers, n. 12 automatic test turrets in which the electrical safety tests, water loading and unloading tests are carried out, roller conveyors or two chain branches repair area, two chain branches roller conveyors, two chain branches visual test with n. 46 stations in which the dishwashers perform a complete washing cycle and visually check for any water leaks, electric power supply via trolley bus, final assembly section with roller shutter, automatic base change equipment (plastic-polystyrene), packaging section, statistical testing area, shrink wrap (WHO), No. 2 strapping machines (OMS), sorting and final chutes, tool-holder structures and compressed air system, work platforms and ladders where necessary, to complete the line there are small support-help equipment for the assembly of some parts, the system for softening and water loading autoclave to the test towers, heating system and water loading autoclave for visual testing, year 1991 (to be overhauled) - ref. 70
