The lot in question consists of an ancient building complex called "Corte Braida" and a nearby plot of land located on the outskirts of the city of Erbè.
The ancient "Corte Braida" real estate complex is formed of a large historic agricultural courtyard consisting of a set of buildings used for rice processing with agritourism activities under development, houses, swimming pool, stable, two silos, outdoor area, barn and rustic. The structure consists of:
