Si accede all'immobile tramite una saracinesca metallica sita al civico 24; dopo l'ingresso si  accede ad un ambiente all'incirca trapezoidale con solaio piano. Dal suddetto ambiente tramite  una rampa si scende ad un ampio ambiente di forma irregolare (circa trapezoidale) costruito  con volta a botte con arco a sesto acuto di antica costruzione non dotato di pavimentazione. Nell'ambiente vi sono tracce di alcune antiche arcate.   L'immobile si trova nel centro di Terlizzi in una zona apprezzata sia da un punto di vista abitativo che commerciale. L'unica apertura verso l'esterno è costituita dall'ingresso. La luce solare filtra solo attraverso una parte del solaio piano del primo ambiente costituita da vetromattone. Il solaio piano del locale di ingresso ha un'altezza di 3,85 m , la volta a botte nel locale posteriore attiguo ha una altezza di 4,6 m  al colmo.   L'immobile è dotato di un solo ingresso, pertanto non è comodamente divisibile. Si trova in pessimo stato di manutenzione e conservazione, è solo parzialmente intonacato e ha rifiniture di scarso pregio.   Il primo ambiente (quello di ingresso) presenta vasti segni di infiltrazioni e parte dell'intonaco del soffitto è caduto. Il secondo ambiente ha volta a botte il cui intonaco è parzialmente staccato e non è dotato di   pavimentazione.   L’immobile non risulta realizzato in regime di edilizia residenziale pubblica convenzionata e agevolata e finanziata in tutto o in parte con risorse pubbliche, con vincoli ancora vigenti a carico del proprietario debitore.   Esposizione: Ovest Altezza interna utile m 3.85 con solaio piano e m 4,6 al colmo nell'ambiente con volta ad arco.   Str. verticali in muratura; pareti esterne ed interne in muratura. Warehouse-deposit consisting of two connected rooms via a driveway ramp, located in Terlizzi (BA) at via John Fitzgerald Kennedy no.24, recorded in the N.C.E.U. of the Municipality of Terlizzi on sheet 22 parcel 1457 sub 30, nature C/2, class 7, size 146 sqm, cadastral income € 330.33, ground floor.
The property is accessed through a metal shutter located at number 24; after entering, one accesses a roughly trapezoidal room with a flat ceiling. From this room, a ramp leads down to a large irregularly shaped room (approximately trapezoidal) built with a barrel vault with a pointed arch of ancient construction, lacking flooring. In the room, there are traces of some ancient arches.
The property is located in the center of Terlizzi in an area appreciated both from a residential and commercial point of view. The only opening to the outside is the entrance. Sunlight filters only through part of the flat ceiling of the first room made of glass block. The flat ceiling of the entrance room has a height of 3.85 m, while the barrel vault in the adjacent back room has a height of 4.6 m at the apex.
The property has only one entrance, therefore it is not easily divisible. It is in poor condition and maintenance, is only partially plastered, and has low-quality finishes.
The first room (the entrance one) shows extensive signs of infiltration, and part of the ceiling plaster has fallen.
The second room has a barrel vault whose plaster is partially detached and lacks flooring.
The property does not appear to be built under public residential construction regulations and is not financed in whole or in part with public resources, with ongoing constraints on the debtor owner.
