Warehouse-deposit consisting of two connected rooms via a driveway ramp, located in Terlizzi (BA) at via John Fitzgerald Kennedy no.24, recorded in the N.C.E.U. of the Municipality of Terlizzi on sheet 22 parcel 1457 sub 30, nature C/2, class 7, size 146 sqm, cadastral income € 330.33, ground floor.
The property is accessed through a metal shutter located at number 24; after entering, one accesses a roughly trapezoidal room with a flat ceiling. From this room, a ramp leads down to a large irregularly shaped room (approximately trapezoidal) built with a barrel vault with a pointed arch of ancient construction, lacking flooring. In the room, there are traces of some ancient arches.
The property is located in the center of Terlizzi in an area appreciated both from a residential and commercial point of view. The only opening to the outside is the entrance. Sunlight filters only through part of the flat ceiling of the first room made of glass block. The flat ceiling of the entrance room has a height of 3.85 m, while the barrel vault in the adjacent back room has a height of 4.6 m at the apex.
The property has only one entrance, therefore it is not easily divisible. It is in poor condition and maintenance, is only partially plastered, and has low-quality finishes.
The first room (the entrance one) shows extensive signs of infiltration, and part of the ceiling plaster has fallen.
The second room has a barrel vault whose plaster is partially detached and lacks flooring.
