The appraisal report shows that:

All rooms have adequate natural lighting surfaces, a balcony overlooking via Piave. The apartment has a height of 2.70 m. Overall, the apartment is in good condition.

Regarding the heating system, the apartment is equipped with a gas boiler (ROCA Mod. RSI 20/20) with wall terminals (cast iron and steel radiators). The systems, as far as it was possible to inspect, are functional and compliant with the respective regulations in force.

The building to which the property subject to execution belongs was built following the release of Building Permit no. 8 of 17/06/1998 and Amendment Building Permit no. 2 of 02/02/1998, by the Municipality of Zapponeta (FG). The construction of the building complied with the building regulations in force at the time of construction.
It has a Certificate of Habitability - Fitness for Habitation dated 12/06/1999.
There are no unauthorized works except for some perspective variations (opening of windows and different sizes of openings already provided for in the project). In any case, the perspective variations do not affect the property subject to execution but the building to which it belongs.
