Access to the property is through a metal shutter located at civic 24; after the entrance, you enter an approximately trapezoidal room with a flat ceiling. From this room, through a ramp, you descend to a large irregularly shaped room (approximately trapezoidal) built with a barrel vault with a pointed arch of ancient construction, not equipped with flooring. In the room, there are traces of some ancient arches.
The property is located in the center of Terlizzi in an area appreciated both from a residential and commercial point of view. The only opening to the outside is the entrance. Sunlight filters only through a part of the flat ceiling of the first room made of glass bricks. The flat ceiling of the entrance room has a height of 3.85 m, the barrel vault in the adjacent rear room has a height of 4.6 m at the ridge.
The property has only one entrance, therefore it is not easily divisible. It is in poor maintenance and conservation condition, it is only partially plastered and has finishes of poor quality.
