These works, without authorization, are rectifiable, according to current regulations, by submitting the relevant application with cadastral plan variation to the Municipality of San Giovanni Rotondo. The expenses to rectify the building abuse (administrative and technical expenses), in advance, are estimated at €7,000.00. The parcel 1039 is used as a road headquarters.".
