Parcel 530 – Arable land with trees – Class 2 – Surface area 300 sqm - R.D. € 2.86 – R.A. € 1.94

Building land with a total area of 12,572 m2, located just 1.5 km from the A14 motorway and 8 km from Luigi Ridolfi airport.
According to the current urban planning instrument, the land falls in Subzone E5 (Agricultural) for 4,403 m2 and in Subzone T1.3 (Tertiary completion) for 8,169 m2. The potentially buildable surface area is equal to 8,169 m2 with a UF index = 0.60 m2/m2.

The area is conditioned by the following urban planning/building constraints:
