a) movable assets (plants, machinery, equipment, furnishings, etc.) owned by Impresa Orioli Enea S.r.l., under the condition "seen and liked in the state in which they are found";
b) intangible assets;
c) employment contracts with employees and collaborators, with assumption of severance pay and deferred charges;
d) n. 2 (two) leasing contracts relating to the truck with license plate GG776HK and the car with license plate GF789VR;
e) SOA certifications Category OG1 classification V, Category OG2 classification III-bis, Category OG3 classification III-bis, Category OG6 classification II, currently being renewed;
f) n. 3 procurement contracts in progress and to be completed also with extra economic works requested by the Works Director:
i) PROGETTO 2010 S.r.l. - Villa renovation contract in Milano Marittima (RA);
ii) LEOPARDI – Repair of storm damage to a two-family building in Milano Marittima (RA);
iii) BAJA SARDINIA – Bonus renovation contract for apartment house in the “Le Rocce” condominium in Arzachena (OT).
The business branch also includes the potential procurement contract with Parco della Standiana S.r.l.; contract for which Impresa Orioli Enea S.r.l. intends to submit a specific offer, by the deadline of 18 December 2023, necessary for participation in the tender called by the client Parco della Standiana S.r.l. The contract concerns the execution of building works and plant engineering works for the renovation of the internal area of the Mirabilandia amusement park in Ravenna called "Bimbopoli".
However, all credits and debts relating to the business branch itself are expressly excluded from the business branch which is the subject of this competitive procedure, except for the assumption of the severance pay and any arrears and ancillary wages, such as by way of example but not limited to , accruals, holidays, unused leave, etc., of the employees which are charged to the successful tenderer with definitively liberating methods for the Procedure and for Impresa Orioli Enea S.r.l. pursuant to specific conciliations with each individual employee pursuant to articles 411 and 412 c.p.c.
