• Instructional Entry Fee: Up to a maximum of €500

 

• This one-time fee is applied at the time of signing the assignment and covers the costs of preliminary evaluation, cataloging, and preparation of assets for auction. The fee may vary depending on the value and number of assets to be auctioned and any specific requests regarding expected prices.

 

Fees applied to the sale of assets:

 

• Commission on the Hammer Price: Up to a maximum of 10% of the final selling price, borne by the seller.

 

• The commission is charged only if the asset is successfully auctioned through our platform.
• Commissions are agreed based on the number and value of assets and are defined at the time of signing the assignment.
