The lands are registered in the Land Registry of the Province of Trento, Cadastral Municipality of Mori at
Land Parcels 828 - 829/1- 829/2 - 830/1 - 826 - 818 - 819 - 820 - 821 - 827 - 822 - 812/1 - 813 - 814 - 815 - 812/2 - 4097/5
Building land of approximately 35,200 sqm, owned by Bankruptcy n.19/2015, Court of Rovereto, in addition to a surface right of 3,762 sqm owned by Bankruptcy 19/2016, Court of Rovereto.
According to the provisions of the PRG in force since 02/12/2015, identified as "General Variation to the PRG — March 2015" approved by the Provincial Council with resolution n. 2056 dd. 20/11/2015, the area in question is defined as "P.A.G. 9", regulated under the "Specific Provisions of the Implementation Plans" referred to in art. 64 of the implementation regulations.
With determination n. 2170 of 29/07/2021, the Director of the Autonomous Province of Trento authorized the technicians of the provincial administration to access the lands for sale in order to carry out the necessary operations for the drafting of the project "Construction of the bypass for Sano in Mori (integration); this authorization is valid for a period of two years, starting from the notification or communication of the aforementioned provision.
The bankrupt company (Bankruptcy n. 19/2015) owning the 35,200 sqm, has already paid the Municipality urbanization fees amounting to approximately € 925,000.00.
It should be noted that the lands are encumbered by a servitude right.
