The property in question, located in an urbanized area close to other artisanal and industrial activities that provide the area with a reference point in the local market, develops along a completely flat valley located 8 kilometers from the Grottammare A14 motorway exit and 10 kilometers from the Adriatic State Road, which can be reached directly by taking Provincial Road No. 92 heading East.
The factory, with a completely fenced area, can be divided into two distinct portions, one facing the road parallel to Provincial Road No. 92 and the warehouse built in several phases and resulting from expansions.
