The portions of the condominium complex on m.n. 466 develop a total residential gross area of approximately 932 sqm including private terraces on the ground floor, balcony, and terraces on the first floor, plus about 105 sqm of uncovered area currently under construction and partly planned as a garden, common pathways, and a portion of the ramp leading to the basement.
The m.n. 466 identifies a previous rural building with the related area, which has been demolished along with other nearby buildings, and on the site, the new building has been constructed which does not respect the subdivision of the new units within the limits of the previous parcels; for this reason, on m.n. 466 there are portions of 8 real estate units, 4 garages, and parking spaces.
The portions of the building are in an advanced raw state with the construction site closed and work suspended since 2015, an approved project is present but needs to be renewed.

The project, types, methods, and materials used for construction are of traditional type and of good quality although, compared to the current market, they are not oriented towards efficiency and energy saving, without the use of renewable sources and lacking the most recent acoustic and seismic requirements.

The building is under construction but lacks identification in the Building Registry, still registered in the Land Registry as a rural building.
For the sale, the land must be declared in the Building Registry, with a demolition report, establishment of a new urban entity, and indication of the above-mentioned building under construction; the map must be updated with the insertion of the new building and a new plan must be drafted with a list of sub-units and the units under construction indicated; the cadastral plans must be presented at the end of the work.
