the SYNCHRONOUS TELEMATICS SALE WITHOUT AUCTION of the following properties will take place, which are offered for sale as a whole and not by measure and in the state of fact and law in which they are found.This is an apartment located on the second floor consisting of one room and a bathroom, directly connected, via an internal staircase, to the storage with a terrace on the third floor.
Identified in the land registry: buildings: - apartment registered in the N.C.E.U. of the Municipality of Terlizzi (BA), sheet 22, parcel 854, subaltern 3, Cat. A/5, class 6, rooms 1, income euro 54.23

From the reading of the purchase deed, it appears that this property was built before September 1, 1967, and that the attic (storage on the third floor)
was regularized with Building Permit in Sanatoria of 14/11/1991. The following urban planning discrepancies are described based on the comparison
between the description of the property reported in the purchase deed, that reported in the Building Permit in sanatoria of 14/11/1991, and that of the cadastral plan
of the third floor compared to what was detected on site on 22/10/2020: Second floor: Construction of a wooden loft (recently built) as represented
in the graphic and photographic documentation of the state of the places; Third floor: expansion of the storage room as represented in the
documentation graphic and photographic of the state of the places.
The industrial complex overlooks an urban road with two-way traffic and the adjacent level crossing has been replaced by a vehicular underpass.
