of sale by the Judge of the Real Estate Executions of the Court of Trani Dr. Maria Azzurra Guerra, pursuant to the order of 05/11/2024,
in the executive procedure n. 40/2024 R.G.Es., on the day 04/03/2025 at 9:00 AM, the synchronous telematic sale of the properties described below will take place.
The sale will be attempted WITHOUT AUCTION at the internet portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it (affiliated with the company Abilio s.r.l.) through the
telematic modality referred to in art. 21 D.M. 26 February 2015, n. 32 "Synchronous telematic sale".

Full ownership for the share of 1/1 of the car garage, located in the municipality of Andria (BT) at Via Contrada Barbadangelo n. NC floor S1, internal 03, lot 03, in the land registry of said municipality
at Fg. 21 P.lla 4146 sub 04 cat C/6 class 2 income € 60.84 cons. sqm 31. The car garage is located on the basement floor of a condominium building constructed in 2005,
situated in the northern peripheral area of Andria, within the planning of "Centro Commerciale Mongolfiera".
The garage is included in the condominium garage of the buildings "I-L-M-N", which is equipped with an elevator stopping at all floors.
The vehicular access to the condominium garage is through an automatic sliding gate, located at the beginning of an uncovered ramp facing Via Contrada Barbadangelo.
