The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition they are in. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those concerning prevention, safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any costs with the seller being exempt from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale solely as "scrap", excluding any liability of the Trustee for the use of the same by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the buyer is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
